ℹ️ Understanding "Site Can't Be Reached" Errors
When you see "This site can't be reached" or "DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN":
- The website may be blocked by your organization's content filter
- This is intentional blocking, not a network problem
- NetGuard returns "domain not found" for blocked sites
- This prevents security warnings for HTTPS sites
To request access: Contact your IT administrator with the website address you're trying to reach.
For Enterprise Customers:
Full HTTPS inspection without certificate warnings requires deploying NetGuard's root certificate to client devices.
Contact your NetGuard administrator for details.
